The Manor House - Castle Coombe - Captains Day - Well Almost

The second meeting of the year starts off the "Wiltshire Swing" with arguably the best golf course Wiltshire has to offer. Having the opportunity to play this outstanding Parkland Course in June is without doubt a course to savour.

At a highly discounted rate of £45.00 which incudes a buggy for each pair, all members should have this one booked in their diaries.

As previously reported " Captains Day" was washed out at Mendip Spring, so Bruce Wilkes had intended to take this opportunity to make this meeting his "Captains Day" Sadly Bruce is unable to make it to the meeting so will once again the Captains Day has been postponed.

The prizes for the day will now be provided by First Choice Villas" who are providing Sponsorship for the day to allow the Society to play this course at this outstanding rate.

The day will consist of :-

Coffee and Bacon Baps on arrival

18 Holes of Golf with Buggies (1 Per Pair)

Two Course Meal

Tee Times and proposed playing arrangements will be sent out later nearer the time.

For those who have never played the course before, you are in for a real test of golf and a real treat .
